Reiki is a Japanese technique that works to support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self, enhancing everything in life.  One of the greatest Reiki healing health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body's natural healing abilities, (immune system) aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health.  Reiki is a wonderful complement to Western medicine.  

 

Reiki Sessions:

 

I am a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master.  Reiki sessions are 60 minutes.  During your 60 minute session you will relax fully clothed on a massage table, with blankets available for extra comfort if desired.  With gentle touch, or by placing my hands slightly above your body I open the body's energy channels which results in improved mental state and physical wellness.  Reiki sessions are $80 for 60 minutes.  Package of 4 reiki sessions can be purchased for a reduced rate of $300.  Distance reiki (60 minutes) sessions can be scheduled to do over the phone for $65.

Chakra Clearing Sessions: 

 

As a highly sensitive empath, I am able to sense energy blocks in peoples chakras, and other areas of the body correlating with the chakras.  During a chakra clearing session I work to clear any blocks I see and bring awareness to you in areas of your body that are asking for attention.  People experience an overall feeling of relaxation, balance and restoration after a chakra balancing session.  A chakra clearing session is 30 minutes.  During your session you will relax fully clothed on a massage table with blankets available for additional comfort.  Chakra clearing sessions are $50 and can be purchased individually or added on to a reiki session.  Distance chakra clearing (30 minute session) can be scheduled to do over the phone for $30.
