Service Description

One hour Reiki session performed over the phone with Reiki practitioner. Please be ready to have a calm, quiet and comfortable place to lay during this session. Reiki can support someone dealing with physical pain, emotional distress, symptoms associated with stress and trauma, (such as tension headaches, tight muscles and tightness in the chest) and bring an overall feeling of peace and calmness. Reiki can help a person feel more centered and grounded.
