Service Description

In sex coaching, we can cover a lot of different topics with women as it pertains to their sexuality, and how they relate with their intimate partners. We first review how women can get in touch with their own body to start by reviewing many exercises that you can do at home to get in touch with your feminine power. We also dig into some good old fashioned education on the female body as it pertains to sexual pleasure, erogenous zones, and somatic responses to emotions. We focus on learning what your turn on is, what it isn't, and how to effectively communicate your thoughts, wants and desires. If you don't know what your desires are, we work together to help you figure that out and release any shame you may have associated with your sexuality. We unpack how society has portrayed how women "should" and "shouldn't" experience their sexual desires, how that may have impacted your views of your own desires, and how it impacts your engagements with your own relationship with yourself and in intimate relationships. As a counselor, I use many different modalities to help guide you, while also adhering to HIPPA laws of privacy. Sessions are reimbursed by many insurance companies. Sessions can be on the phone or video conference.
